Bhakta, M.D.

Joined the faculty of University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in August 2014. Promoted to Associate Professor in 2022.
Her clinical focus is the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit and the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at Arkansas Children's. She has directed the Pediatric Cardiac Critical Care Fellowship Program since 2021. Her clinical interests include pediatric cardiac critical care, medical education, and international health.
